This form of bodywork typically uses some form of oil or lotion to apply gliding, kneading, compression, percussion, and friction stokes directly on the skin. By varying the speed of application of techniques this modality can be used to either relax or stimulate the client.

    Integrative Massage:

The intention of this modality is to help the client connect with body, mind and spirit. Techniques include very flowing long stokes, three-dimensional work, rocking, and passive movement of limbs. These techniques are incorporated with visualizations and breathwork all intended to bring more awareness to the recipient’s body and experience.
